    INTRODUCTION

    Pinnacle Construction Projects (PCP) is a contracting service provider. PCP was founded in 2008 to realize the vision of a group of ambitious, creative and passionate builders. Together, they dreamt of establishing a company that challenged conventional construction and that could materialize the most ambitious of designs with the best possible quality and at optimum time performance

    PROCESS​

    Elevate undertook the task of creating a Project Management Office (PMO) in order to develop an end-to-end strategy including:

    ​

    Tendering process plan to cover the estimation, pricing and cost allocation in order to overcome the rising cost of raw materials.

     

    Designing two process classes:

    • Technical processes covering , with no limitation, safety, operations strategic planning,  budgeting (including how much money they are going to need to fund projects until they receive progress payments to overcome any under-capitalization) and invoicing procedure.

    • Support processes covering the areas of HR, Finance and Supply Chain.

    THE COMPANY BEFORE

    PCP was on a steady rise but similar to many other construction companies, working without process, plans it struggled with: rising cost of raw materials, slow invoicing and payments, under-capitalization, inadequate planning, lack of safety and  uncontrolled growth.

    Today, PCP stands as a construction projects pioneer that has succeeded time and again at delivering on its every promise and exceeding client expectations in terms of quality, proficiency and delivery time, while achieving the planned revenues within the annual budget.
